Validate EU VAT IDs against VIES, check international IBAN checksum/bank routing data, and look up EU VAT rates and country data using VATcomply. Public no-key API. A positive IBAN format check does not prove ownership or account existence; VAT/VIES outages are possible. User-entered identifiers are sent to VATcomply.
